OUR MISSION

Home Helpdesk offers a one-to-one personal, professional and customer focussed service and aims to help you stay productive, thus, saving you time and money. We pride ourselves on relationships that we develop with our customers and as such, we are able to deliver focussed and specific services to individuals as a result.

We understand how frustrating and/or costly errant computers can be and that you need them fixed quickly and efficiently. If you’re fed up with non-existent support, and don’t want to unplug that mass of cables, or are worried about trying to untangle the wired network, the printer and all the other hardware you have accumulated, then Home Helpdesk is at hand to help. We can offer advice, opinion, and fast, reliable service when and where you need it, whether you're a home user or a small or home based business.


Home Helpdesk Solutions

History

Like so many IT and internet companies founded in the late 90s, Home Helpdesk started with a guy in a garage with a mission. Disappointed with what he experienced first hand by way of IT support and the quality of what he saw on the web, Brett Hollis set out with a goal to create a first class IT service for home computer users, and also create interactive web experiences to satisfy his own expectations.

Driven by passion and meticulous attention to detail, a garage-based operation quickly grew into a recognized agency. Along the journey, Home Helpdesk attracted a list of both glamorous clients who are leaders in their own fields, and unique individual clients who rely on service delivery to keep them on track, and ultimately - successful.

 

The Company Now

Home Helpdesk continues to deliver the excellent level of service it has become known for over the past decade. By continually expanding its focus into delivering bespoke and beneficial solutions for home users and businesses alike across a number of platforms, Home Helpdesk has made the leap from a fledgling startup to become an established firm.

Still local and independently owned, we have grown from a small, but experienced team offering IT Support to a business that can offer full sales, service and support for users and businesses around Worcester and some parts of the Midlands.

When you call us you’ll speak to a real person, who will speak in plain English. We’ll endeavour to understand the problem and we'll get to work. No job is deemed ‘too small’. If it’s important to you, then it’s important to us too!

All of our engineers are highly qualified and experienced computer technicians who are always ready to help.

Our latest news, we are intetgrating into Worcester Computers. While Home Helpdesk will still exist, and deliver our usual excellent home user help, we will now be a part of Worcester Computers!
